The latest in our single-hopped Hazy India Pale Ale series.
This beer was hopped exclusively with our 2025 hand-selected Citra and Cryo Citra lots, showcasing immense tropical and citrus flavor from hops jam-packed with oil.

Hollowfall

American Red Ale
6.5% Alc. by Vol.
Inspired by a few of our favorite seasonal beers from yester-year; this American Red Ale was hit hard in the whirlpool with Mosaic and Columbus.

Dark fig and blueberry come together with a small amount of background chocolate; all accented by a bright clementine citrus character from our new hand-selected 2025 Citra.

The Air Between Blossoms

Fruited Sour Ale
6.9% Alc. by Vol.
Fermented with our house culture of souring yeast and then conditioned on golden pear, cinnamon, nutmeg, and allspice. This beer has an elevated acidity with huge notes of citrus, maintained by a brown sugar and pear sweetness, all followed by mulled spice characteristics.

Arcane Fruit

Hazy IPA
6.2% Alc. by Vol.
A conjuring of flavor from the mysterious new hop, Dolcita. This hazy IPA channels bright, juicy peach magic with a touch of tropical sorcery from background passionfruit, vanilla, and black tea.
Each sip bursts with sun-ripened stone fruit sweetness, backed up by a heavy dry hop of Idaho 7 & our hand-selected Mosaic to boost even more tropical character.(No fruit added)

Seeing is Believing

West Coast IPA
7.7% Alc. by Vol.
Brewed with Riwaka, Cryo Mosaic, and Hyperboost Krush. This beer takes the hand-selected, tropical new school hops that we've come to love in our hazy IPAs and pairs old-school West Coast clarity and bite.
A lush, fruit-forward modern hop profile that's vibrant and just a little surreal with notes pineapple, passionfruit, and wild blackberry - all finished with a piney backbone.

Mudkin

Dark Mild Ale
4.2% Alc. by Vol.
Dark Mild base with Maris Otter and specialty dark malts, brewed with British yeasts for light, dark fruit character.
Then conditioned on @stridecoffeeroasters Single Origin Ugandan coffee and an excessive amount of pumpkin spices. Notes of pumpkin pie, mascarpone, and cascara

Low Hangers

Sour Ale
5.2% Alc. by Vol.
Brewed with lime peel on the hot side and fermented with our house culture of souring yeast. Then conditioned on sweet red cherries. This beer is slightly sour with a huge burst of cherry. It evokes memories of red Kool-Aid and Code Red Mountain Dew.

West Coast Pilsner
5.5% Alc. by Vol.
This West Coast pilsner was crafted on the hot side with 100% hand-selected Citra from Coleman Agriculture, and then lightly dry hopped with the same hops as well as a bit of Citra Hyperboost.
Super crisp and crushable with the Grow hop character you've all come to love.

Make the Room

Hazy IPA

This is a testament to the hard work of our past few years and a reflection on our nomadic roots. We've developed an IPA that we truly believe represents Grow. Experimental yet classic at the same time. We've hand-selected Citra, Mosaic, Riwaka, and Alora to forge classic grapefruit, pineapple, and American hop makeup and meld them with southern hemisphere, yuzu, white grape, and juice. Approachable and balanced, our new year-round hazy radiates with tropical intensity, finishes slightly dank, and reminds us all to make the room for what’s next.

A Dark Bloom

Americanized Stout
8% Alc. by Vol.
Our full-bodied, dark, and lovely stout. A Dark Bloom is brewed with a slew of chocolate, caramel, and specialty malts, as well as a hefty amount of dark brown sugar. Conditioned on heaps of Madagascar vanilla offering a forefront flavor of marzipan, deep and dark fruits, and fresh baked goods, with it finishing on a lasting cocoa nib character while offering minimal roast. The result is a smooth black-as-night sipper that is now available YEAR-ROUND!

Haus Effect

Golden Lager
5% Alc. by Vol.
100% Floor-malted Pilsen, Citra, and NY noble hops, and lagered for 6 weeks minimum. Crisp and crushable, this is the definition of a Grow Brewing Co. lager and available year round!
