Hazy India Pale Ale

Brewed with flaked hard red winter wheat, flaked oats, and golden promise malt for a soft and sweet body. Nelson and Simcoe hops in the whirlpool offer some dankness and grapefruit zest before fermenting hot. We then put our "heavy fertilizer" double dry hop spin on it with Citra, Mosaic Cryo, and more Simcoe for flavors of gooseberry, underlying sweet cherry, and "forbidden fruit". This IPA is sure to turn your palate upside down.

Hazy India Pale Ale
6.5% Alc. by Vol.
Hazy India Pale Ale brewed with flaked oats, flaked wheat, and milk sugar for a sweet and silky finish. This beer was hopped extensively in the kettle with Azacca and Idaho 7, and then double dry-hopped with Mosaic, Cryo Idaho 7, and El Dorado to push the tropical pineapple and blueberry characteristics as far as we could take them.

Our Japanese-inspired lager brewed with 45% flaked and jasmine rice in addition to floor-malted pilsner malt. We whirlpooled cherry blossoms and Cryo Idaho 7 hops to emulate black tea, floral, and tropical undertones in this springtime crusher.
