Hazy IPA
6.6% Alc. by Vol.
This is a testament to the hard work of our past few years and a reflection on our nomadic roots. We've developed an IPA that we truly believe represents Grow. Experimental yet classic at the same time. We've hand-selected Citra, Mosaic, Riwaka, and Alora to forge classic grapefruit, pineapple, and American hop makeup and meld them with southern hemisphere, yuzu, white grape, and juice. Approachable and balanced, our new year-round hazy radiates with tropical intensity, finishes slightly dank, and reminds us all to make the room for what’s next.

The Pollening

Triple Hazy IPA
10% Alc. by Vol.
Brewed in celebration of our first anniversary, this hazy triple IPA was dredged with Superdelic and Citra hops, as well as a hefty dose of phantasm in the boil to totally saturate this 10% monster with tropical fruit and thiols. Notes of passionfruit, limoncello, red rope candy, and Sauvignon Blanc grapes.

Goldwork

Honey Lager
5.4% Alc. by Vol.
Inspired by the malt character of German Vienna lagers, this golden beer was brewed with saaz hops and 240 pounds of buckwheat honey. Gentle spice and complex floral character backs up honeycrisp sweetness and crackery malt for an easy drinking American lager.
Mellow Zest

American Wheat Ale
4.4% Alc. by Vol.
This unfiltered American wheat beer is brewed with lime, lemon, and yuzu zest. Easy drinking, juicy fruit & bubble gum with a citrus zip. Ideal for those warm summer days, just hanging out!

West Coast IPA

Kick back and coast into the weekend with this punchy West Coast IPA brewed to taste like a beach vacation in a can. Bursting with juicy pineapple and bright berry notes, this brew delivers a crisp, resinous backbone and a clean, dry finish that keeps you reaching for another. Invasive: Nelson

Hazy IPA
6.2% Alc. by Vol.
Our next in a single-hop series of hazy IPAs, Invasive digs into the varietal character of Nelson in three different forms. A pillowy body with a slight spice allows the pellets, cryo, and extract to add over ripe white grape and tang on the hot side, while the cold side addition offers trichome dankness that takes over anything in its path.

A Wild Patch

Sour Ale

A Dark Bloom

Americanized Stout
8% Alc. by Vol.
Our full-bodied, dark, and lovely stout. A Dark Bloom is brewed with a slew of chocolate, caramel, and specialty malts, as well as a hefty amount of dark brown sugar. Conditioned on heaps of Madagascar vanilla offering a forefront flavor of marzipan, deep and dark fruits, and fresh baked goods, with it finishing on a lasting cocoa nib character while offering minimal roast. The result is a smooth black-as-night sipper that is now available YEAR-ROUND!

Cacao Kapow

Porter
6.2% Alc. by Vol.
Brewed with chocolate malt, honey malt, and cocoa powder then conditioned on cacao nibs. Notes of dark chocolate, Swiss miss, marzipan and honey.

Blackwork

Black Lager
5.2% Alc. by Vol.
This black lager was brewed with floor-malted dark malts, debittered carafa, and carabohemian specialty malt and then double-decocted for a crisp, but medium-bodied dark crusher. Notes of charred marshmallow, pumpernickel, bohemian malts, and crisp noble hops.

Haus Effect

Golden Lager
5% Alc. by Vol.
100% Floor-malted Pilsen, Citra, and NY noble hops, and lagered for 6 weeks minimum. Crisp and crushable, this is the definition of a Grow Brewing Co. lager and available year round!
