Dark Ale
5.6% Alc. by Vol.
Enter the zone where light meets the dark in this Czech-inspired dark lager. Brewed with floor-malted dark malts and floor-malted pilsner, we decocted twice and then fermented super cold and slow. Conditioned for 6 weeks, this beer drinks like a crisp light lager when it's cold and as it warms reveals dark roast coffee, pumpernickel, and smokey complexity.

Sour Ale

Our fruited sour ale explores all of the magical flavors that nature has to offer. White-wine like acidity is matched with an intense berry and fleshy stone fruit experience that dances on the palate.

A Cowboy Killer

Dark Cream Ale
5% Alc. by Vol
A smooth Dark Cream Ale with soft toasted malt, light caramel sweetness, and a clean, crisp finish. Low roast, high drinkability — with just enough bite to live up to the name.

Waiting for Thaw

Hazy IPA
6% Alc. by Vol.
Brewed with ESB malt, flaked oats, & un-malted wheat. Whirlpooled extensively with Cryo Idaho 7, Nelson Sauvin, and New Zealand picked Cascade.

Then fermented with English yeast for a fruit ester profile. Dry hopped during active fermentation with Citra and more NZ Cascade.

This beer offers notes of black lime zest, plum-apricot stone fruit, and some classic Grow dankness.

Bourbon Barrel Aged "A Dark Bloom"

Imperial American Stout (Pistachio)
10% Alc. by Vol.
A rich, barrel-aged imperial stout built for decadence. Our beloved Dark Bloom spent two years in Four Roses bourbon barrels before being conditioned on heaps of pistachio and madagascar vanilla beans, drawing out deep notes of dark chocolate, caramelized sugar, and toasted oak. The pistachio adds a subtle nutty roundness while vanilla smooths everything into a velvety finish, wrapped in warming bourbon character.

Cultivated Chaos

West Coast IPA
6.7% Alc. by Vol.

Brewed with 100% Pilsner malt for a crisp finish. Dry hopped extensively with Rakau, Krush, and Cryo Citra.
Notes of ripe mango, apricot jam, and dank herbs with a back-end bite.

Instant Light

Witbier
4.2% Alc. by Vol.
Brewed in the classic Belgian witbier tradition, this 4.2% wheat beer is light, refreshing, and effortlessly drinkable.

Soft wheat character sets the stage for bright Valencia orange juice and a touch of coriander, adding citrusy lift and gentle spice. Crisp, slightly hazy, and refreshing from first sip to last.

Little Wonk

Dry Hopped Sour Ale
5.7% Alc. by Vol.
Colliding two of our favorite worlds together, this juice-like sour is a riff on our first year beer, Wonky.

Dry hopped heavily with Mosaic, Cryo Pop, and Nectaron to allow these new school hops to shine. Notes of orange creamsicle, blackberry sorbet, and a heavy pop of citrus.

The Air Between Blossoms

Fruited Sour Ale
6.9% Alc. by Vol.
Fermented with our house culture of souring yeast and then conditioned on golden pear, cinnamon, nutmeg, and allspice. This beer has an elevated acidity with huge notes of citrus, maintained by a brown sugar and pear sweetness, all followed by mulled spice characteristics.

Low Hangers

Sour Ale
5.2% Alc. by Vol.
Brewed with lime peel on the hot side and fermented with our house culture of souring yeast. Then conditioned on sweet red cherries. This beer is slightly sour with a huge burst of cherry. It evokes memories of red Kool-Aid and Code Red Mountain Dew.

Make the Room

Hazy IPA

This is a testament to the hard work of our past few years and a reflection on our nomadic roots. We've developed an IPA that we truly believe represents Grow. Experimental yet classic at the same time. We've hand-selected Citra, Mosaic, Riwaka, and Alora to forge classic grapefruit, pineapple, and American hop makeup and meld them with southern hemisphere, yuzu, white grape, and juice. Approachable and balanced, our new year-round hazy radiates with tropical intensity, finishes slightly dank, and reminds us all to make the room for what’s next.

A Dark Bloom

Americanized Stout
8% Alc. by Vol.
Our full-bodied, dark, and lovely stout. A Dark Bloom is brewed with a slew of chocolate, caramel, and specialty malts, as well as a hefty amount of dark brown sugar. Conditioned on heaps of Madagascar vanilla offering a forefront flavor of marzipan, deep and dark fruits, and fresh baked goods, with it finishing on a lasting cocoa nib character while offering minimal roast. The result is a smooth black-as-night sipper that is now available YEAR-ROUND!

Haus Effect

Golden Lager
5% Alc. by Vol.
100% Floor-malted Pilsen, Citra, and NY noble hops, and lagered for 6 weeks minimum. Crisp and crushable, this is the definition of a Grow Brewing Co. lager and available year round!
