    Hazy IPA

    Hazy India Pale Ale brewed with flaked oats, honey oat malt, New York-grown barley, and then hopped extensively with Motueka, Alora, and Citra. Bright citrus and fresh lime notes shine up front, rounded out by a whisper of floral aromatics and smooth vanilla for a softly layered finish.

    American IPA

    A hazy American IPA Hopped lightly in the kettle with a small amount of Idaho 7 and then hit with a killer amount of Citra Cryo, more Idaho 7, and Mosaic in the dry hop. Pineapple, lemon verbena, and an undertone of plum blend this beer into a noxious delight.

    Rice Lager

    3.8% Alc. by Vol.

    This light lager was brewed with 60% jasmine rice, 40% floor-malted pilsner malt, and then lagered for 6 weeks. Delicate and crushable with notes of light yuzu, cherry blossom, and Japanese pear.

  • Altbier

    German-Style Ale

    5.1% Alc. by Vol.

    A balance between hop and malt flavors and aromas. Low fruity esters and some peppery and floral hop aromas. Notes of cracker, crisp lager character and noble fruity hop expression. Before Germany had lager beer, it had ales. Alt, meaning “old,” pays homage to one rebel region in Germany which did not lean into lagering.

    Pale Ale (Year Round)

    Hoppy and crisp, our newest year-round beer is hopped heavily in the kettle with hand-selected Mosaic and Cryo Simcoe, then double dry-hopped with more Mosaic and Krush. The resulting beer has extensive notes of spruce tips, overripe mango, and fresh-cut pineapple, all finished with a bright bite.

    This is a testament to the hard work of our past few years and a reflection on our nomadic roots. We've developed an IPA that we truly believe represents Grow.Experimental yet classic at the same time. We've hand-selected Citra, Mosaic, Riwaka, and Alora to forge classic grapefruit, pineapple, and American hop makeup and meld them with southern hemisphere, yuzu, white grape, and juice. Approachable and balanced, our new year-round hazy radiates with tropical intensity, finishes slightly dank, and reminds us all to make the room for what’s next.

    A Dark Bloom

    Americanized Stout (Year Round)

    8% Alc. by Vol.

    Our full-bodied, dark, and lovely stout. A Dark Bloom is brewed with a slew of chocolate, caramel, and specialty malts, as well as a hefty amount of dark brown sugar. Conditioned on heaps of Madagascar vanilla offering a forefront flavor of marzipan, deep and dark fruits, and fresh baked goods, with it finishing on a lasting cocoa nib character while offering minimal roast. The result is a smooth black-as-night sipper that is now available YEAR-ROUND!
